ORDERS
Internet orders placed by 12:00pm PST are guaranteed to ship the same business day pending credit card verification/approval and stock availability.
Orders requesting 2-Day or Next-Day Air (Only available during holiday periods) must be placed by 12:00pm PST.
Internet Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
Internet Orders are processed during normal business hours (M-F, 8-5pm PST).
Internet Orders do not guarantee item(s) are in stock.
Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover is accepted for phone orders.
Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal are accepted for internet orders.
We cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed.

CUSTOMER RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) from Troy Lee Designs for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on mountain bike shorts and/or motocross pants.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

SHIPPING
We're experiencing shipping delays due to higher-than-usual order volume. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Ground Shipping takes 1-6 business days on average.
Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping promotions
Orders placed by 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time are guaranteed to ship the same business day pending credit card verification/approval and stock availability.
Orders requesting 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air must be placed by 12:00pm PST. Next Day shipping will arrive by end of day the next business day. Saturdays and Sundays excluded.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
TLD offers shipping to P.O. Boxes via SmartPost.
Troy Lee Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is delivered without a signature required.
TLD is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters or due to high volume shipping. Shipping charges cannot be refunded due to these carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Troy Lee Designs does not currently ship to addresses outside the U.S. and Canada.

All orders processed through your local distributor will be billed at local currency rates at the current suggested retail prices applicable in your country.

Any missed codes at checkout will result in store credits only. No refunds. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@troyleedesigns.com. To apply store credit on a new TLD order, copy & paste the code into the gift card field at checkout.
Order With Confidence: If within 7 days, TLD releases a coupon or promotion that applies to your order, we can offer store credit for the difference. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@troyleedesigns.com.

GIFT CERTIFICATE SUPPORT
Please note: TLD E-Gift Certificates are only for use at www.troyleedesigns.com
Please note: TLD E-Gift Certificates are sold in USD only, not in CAD. They cannot be used for online purchases made in CAD or in Canadian retail stores. To redeem for online purchases the E-Gift Certificate recipient must have a valid physical shipping address in the United States.
Also note: in our attempts to combat online fraud, there will be a 24-hour waiting period from the time of purchase until the E-Gift Certificate code is emailed to the recipient while we verify the credit card information of the purchaser. The billing address must match the card information on file with the issuing bank. Purchases made over weekends will be confirmed the following Monday. Purchases made during holiday business closures will be confirmed the next open business day.
Redeeming an E-Gift Certificate online
Shop online at www.troyleedesigns.com and select items you wish to purchase. When you’re ready to checkout, click “Proceed to Checkout” and proceed through our Secure Checkout. You may enter your E-Gift Certificate number on the Payment page in the “Apply a Gift Certificate” field and click “Apply.”
Redeeming an E-Gift Certificate at TLD retail store location
Currently, our E-Gift Certificates are only redeemable on the troyleedesigns.com site.
Rules and Regulations for E-Gift Certificates
TLD E-Gift Certificates are only redeemable at www.troyleedesigns.com or at our Corona retail store located in California, USA. For online purchases the E-Gift Certificate recipient must have a valid shipping address in the United States. E-Gift Certificates are not redeemable on other retail websites or authorized TLD dealers. You cannot purchase an Online Gift Certificate or E-Gift Certificate with another Online Gift Certificate or E-Gift Certificate.If the amount of your E-Gift Certificate does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with another valid form of payment.If the amount of your E-Gift Certificate is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored on your E-Gift Certificate for future use. E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates. No sales tax is charged when buying E-Gift Certificates; however, purchases paid for with E-Gift Certificates will be charged applicable sales tax if shipped to addresses in the state of California.
